What is Genoapay?

Genoapay is a New Zealand registered financial service that offers a way for customers to pay off large purchases. It does this by allowing you to convert any purchase into a 10-week installment plan.

What are the costs?

There are no fees and no interest when you pay through Genoapay. Instead, the company makes money by charging a commission to the vendor (me). The price you pay is the same either way.

Who can use Genoapay?

To sign up for Genoapay, you need to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a current New Zealand passport or driver's license
  • Have a credit card or debit card
  • Use a smartphone

What if I miss a payment?

Genoapay allows users to arrange an alternative payment method or rechedule a payment. There is also a $10 fee for missed payment.
